All personal data related to your account (including chat history, user profile, and settings) will be permanently deleted from our servers (Firebase) and will not be recoverable.
ATTENTION: Deleting your account also removes any active subscription information. No refund or partial refund will be available once the account is deleted.
2. Deletion Steps in the Zodico App
Open the Zodico app on your device.
Log in (if you are not already logged in).
Tap on the Settings button (often found in the app’s menu or user profile section).
In the Settings screen, find and tap on Delete Account.
A confirmation dialog will appear. Read the warning carefully, since this action is irreversible.
Select Delete to confirm. Once confirmed, your account and all related data will be removed from our system.
